Try this site for keeping up-to-date on articles being published in your field—Science.gov: www.science.gov
This site provides a unified search engine that searches government science and technical information in the fields of:

One search query searches across all the agencies.

But even better, you can ask that your search be automatically updated on a weekly basis. Citations to any new information will be sent to you via e-mail. Search results arrive every Monday.

I have found the best way to find out if I can get the cited articles is to a title search in Alice for the journal. If we have on-line access, links are provided from the record in Alice. If we don’t have access, you will need to request the articles via ILLiad.
