- If you cannot find an article on your subject in TOPICSearch, try this database. This database provides full text for more than 7,000 scholarly publications covering academic areas of study including social sciences, humanities, education, computer sciences, engineering, language and linguistics, arts and literature, medical sciences, and ethnic studies. This database does not provide opinion polls.
- Current Issues: Reference Shelf Plus
- Full-text articles from key publications covering a variety of current social, scientific, health, political, and global issues. The topics are chosen to make up a well-rounded overview, and are then organized by subtopic for easy access. The database features current articles with periodic updates, plus the option for users to do further research with predetermined searches within WilsonWeb or on the Internet. Twenty to 30 articles provided per topic. New topics and subtopics will be regularly added to the database.

Articles are selected from more than 1,500 newspapers, magazines, journals, and government publications. Graphics, including charts, maps, diagrams and drawings, are available for many of the articles. It also includes "Today's News: Top News Stories of the Day" from Reuters News Service and "Maps of the World" with over 100 detailed maps of the United States and the world.
