Seems I was a little over-zealous in promoting Gataga; according to this post they've been summoned back to their home planet. My first clue was the 404 when trying a search from the Firefox search bar. :(
As promised earlier, I created a couple of Gataga search plugins for the Mozilla/Firefox searchbar. Since I was mainly interested in meta-search, I didn't worry about searching flickr and technorati; there are already plugins for these (flickr, technorati). Get them on my search plugins page.
