QuestGarden
Bernie Dodge gave a presentation at NECC on a soon-to-be-released tool, QuestGarden. It looks like a pretty nice authoring system that will make creating webquests much easier. It’ll be available starting September 1, 2005. It’s free for one year, then $20 for a two-year subscription.
